'Part worn' tyres are those which have been used previously - in other words they are 'second-hand' tyres however, part worn tyres usually have 50% or less of their original tread (legal minimum is 2mm) and may still have a few thousand miles more motoring in them. The essential attraction for many motorists is of course the price.
